Full Plant Room Upgrade

TDK completed a full plant room upgrade at this hostel in London and upon checking the works and taking into consideration the local community we also then quoted and installed for an acoustic enclosure as an added extra for this site.
Plant Room Upgrade, Air Source Heat Pump Installation and Boiler Removal

These works were completed our of term time to ensure minimal disruption to the students and teachers and also so that when we needed to cut supply there was no one affected for hygiene and safety reasons.
All waste was removed and disposed of, the local community was kept updated on works to ensure minimal disruption and noise and all stakeholders made aware of progress on site to ensure all works completed in designated time frames.
Snagging and handover also completed before the new term began.
Lambeth Council: Housing Project – Flat Blocks
TDK worked with Lambeth Council across numerous Flat Blocks to provide, renew and install associated pipework, dry risers and cabinets that needed to be relocated to meet current dry riser regulations.
We worked alongside Building Managers and used site maps and drawings to ascertain best routes for installation whilst continuing to meet current regulations.
Priory Green Project – Multi Phase – Pipework and Boiler & Heating Replacement
We have been working on Priory Green estate since Phase 1 and as of mid-2024 we are now on Phase 6! So we have a lot of experience on this project and have learnt a lot of lessons across the blocks and as the project has progressed.
We have been working across all phases to replace pipework, and box in and replace all of the heating network including boilers and radiators.
Venerable Bead School – Sunderland – Heater installs in Sports Hall
We worked out of term time for a school in Sunderland to complete numerous works, some of which was installing 9 x Fan Coil Heaters into the Sports Hall. These works were completed out of term time to allow for minimal disruption to staff and students.
We ran new circuits, installed and then placed wire cages around the units to ensure longevity and minimise damage from sports equipment.
