Commercial Gas Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to carry out installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial gas systems across a variety of sites including schools, offices, and public buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Servicing and repairing commercial gas appliances and plant
• Installation of commercial gas systems and pipework
• Fault diagnosis and breakdown response
• Planned and reactive maintenance
• Completing gas safety documentation and reports
• Ensuring compliance with current gas regulations and standards
• Working safely in live commercial environments

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Gas Safe Registered (Commercial)
• Relevant ACS commercial qualifications (e.g. CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1)
• Proven experience in commercial gas engineering
• Strong knowledge of commercial gas safety regulations
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

• Experience working on public sector or framework contracts
• Mechanical plant experience
