Electrician – Domestic & Commercial (Non-EV)

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Electrician to undertake electrical installation, maintenance, and testing works in domestic and commercial environments. This role does not include EV charger installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical installation and maintenance works
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Consumer unit upgrades
• Lighting and power installations
• Periodic inspection and testing
• Completing electrical certification and reports
• Working in occupied and void properties
• Ensuring all works comply with current regulations
• Maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Level 2 & 3 (Required)
• 18th Edition (Required)
• NVQ Lvl3 (Required)
• 2391 Testing & Inspection (Desirable but good knowledge would suffice)
• SSTS / SMSTS (Beneficial but not required)
• Asbestos Awareness (Beneficial but can be provided as required)
• DBS (Beneficial but can be provided as required)
• IPAF (Beneficial but can be provided as required)
• 1st Aid @ Work (Beneficial but can be provided as required)
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

• Social housing experience
• ECS or CSCS card
