Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Plumber to carry out domestic and light commercial plumbing works across housing associations, local authorities, and private clients. The role includes installation, maintenance, and repair works in occupied and unoccupied properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, repair, and maintenance of hot and cold water systems
• Bathroom and kitchen plumbing installations
• Leak detection and fault diagnosis
• Pipework installations (copper, plastic, steel)
• Minor drainage works
• Working in both occupied and void properties
• Completing job reports and compliance paperwork
• Liaising professionally with residents and site managers
• Adhering to health & safety regulations at all times

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in domestic and/or commercial plumbing
• Good knowledge of current plumbing regulations
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

• Social housing experience
• CSCS card
• Unvented Hot Water qualification
