The development of a dilapidated Edwardian department store to create an office of 4,767sqm.
Incorporating a design studio, a new social rooftop space designed as a series of pavilions, staff cafe, gallery seminar space, facilities for staff including cycle storage, showers and a landscaped garden courtyard.
The development also included a refurbishment of the former fire Station and Stables adjoining the main building, converting these into Brixton Post office and three units for business.
